In a notice from South Point Hotel sent to the Mobile Entertainment Expo the last day for getting hotel rooms at our special negotiated rate is January 22. After that date the price for the rooms will revert to “prevailing rate” In the last couple of years some of the prevailing rates were double what our special deal was because we already occupy so much of the hotel and the remaining rooms are sold at a premium, just like any hotel would do when only a limited number of rooms remain. 

If you do not already have your rooms at South Point for the 2025 Mobile Entertainment Expo or Photo Booth Expo do not delay any further. The easiest way to book your room is to go to http://www.mobileentertainmentexpo.com and BOOK YOUR ROOM in which case the discount codes are pre-populated.

You can also call South Point direct and give them promo code PHO2025 which will get you the special rate and resort fee reduction. 

But make sure you do that before January 22, 2025.
